The farm is located near the Bruna river, on the natural boundary of the ancient Etruscan territory of Vetulonia: The area is rich with remains from prehistoric times (the Cavanna shelter), the Middle Ages (Castel di Pietra, the ‘castle of stone’), and remains of mines and ancient mills, all surrounded by beautiful countryside and the woods typical of the ‘macchia mediterranea’ (the Mediterranean brush). For a relaxing or active holiday you can of course count on our hospitality and our organic products (extra virgin olive oil, vegetables and fruits) and choose from at-home massages, walks, trekking, mountain bike, and free climbing. The beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia, Follonica and Punta Ala are just a 20 minute-drive away, the Accesa lake 10 min, and the horse-riding centre 15 min.
